EGGS:

Eggs - soy free, rotationally grazed on non-certified organic pastures, hormone free, antibiotic free, hand collected and packaged, ungraded, fed non-certified whole grain diets to include but not limited to: oats, wheat, barley, spelt, flax, sunflowers, peas, corn, alfalfa, fish meal, apple cider vinegar, organic vit/min, oyster shells and calcium carbonate.  Our hens are happy hens roaming their 10 acre home, eating bugs and grass and laying eggs in their mobile hen house.  Enjoy their dark rich yolks and excellent flavor.

CHICKEN:

Pastured, soy free, hormone free, antibiotic free, fed a similar ration as the layers but specific to broilers to meet their nutritional requirements.  We grow seasonally so it is best to place an order in advance.

TURKEY:

Heritage breed, Burbon Red Turkey.  The males are a bit on the bold side and we might have to eat them, but the hens are delightful and sitting on their first clutch of eggs.  Look for Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys this year to a few "early bird" customers.

PORK:

Heritage breed, Large Black Hogs roam freely in a 10 acre pasture.   There will be pork available this summer.

LAMB:

Wonderful, tender, grass fed lamb.   1/2 of a lamb is ~15#, order now b/c processing and pickup is April 20th and again in late Ma. Sold by the piece.
